  • What are your hours?
    Our business hours are: Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM PST Saturday: 12 PM - 4 PM PST Closed on Sundays and all major holidays, unless clients are traveling or in destination. We respond quickly via email @info@journeysbygeri.com

    Yes, Journeys By Geri is a fully certified and licensed travel agency operating with industry-recognized credentials. We take pride in providing professional and reliable travel planning services.
  • Who is Journeys By Geri
    Journeys By Geri is a full-service travel agency specializing in luxury, stress-free vacations for travelers who want expertly curated, effortless getaways. Founded by Geri Wade, we focus on making travel accessible, inclusive, and unforgettable for all.
  • Does Journeys By Geri only offer travel services and group trips for women?
    No! While we love empowering women to travel, our services are open to all travelers looking for expertly planned, stress-free vacations.
  • Do you specialize in accessible travel?
    Yes! As a Certified Accessible Travel Advocate, we ensure that travelers with mobility challenges, neurodivergence, or other accessibility needs experience a seamless journey.
  • Do I have to make monthly payments?
    No, your final balance must be paid in full by 2 PM on the final payment due date, or your reservation will be canceled, and all monies forfeited. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please reach out via email as early as possible to discuss possible alternatives.
  • Do you provide refunds?
    No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before their reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, and all payments are applied directly to our vendor suppliers.
  • What happens if I make payments, but my roommate does not?
    You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or paying the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
  • When will I receive my travel documents?
    You will receive an email 14-21 days prior to travel with your final travel documents, including your itinerary, booking confirmations, and other essential details.
  • How do I cancel a reservation?
    To cancel a reservation, you must submit a written request via email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the vendor’s policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
